Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC) is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization which was launched in September 2009 by a team of passionate Cambodian young entrepreneurs from various sectors of businesses in Cambodia. Its mandate is to support and empower Cambodian young entrepreneurs to enhance youth entrepreneurship and success of youth-owned businesses by creating a platform for networking, sharing, learning, and synergizing business opportunities, thereby contributing to productive employments and economic development that build the next generation economy for Cambodia. We are now looking an active youth, dynamic and dedicated candidate who is interested in and looking for new experience with our association to fill in the position as Member Relation and Event Management Officer.

Key Responsibility:

  1. Recruit new members and build up policy/regulation to maintain/update exiting members;
  2. Maintain a close relation with members and related partners by building up platform and create networking tool/event;
  3. Encourage and facilitate members to actively participate in any events of the association;
  4. Monitor and keep track on member payment fee with accountant;
  5. Deal with member’s suggestions and complaints;
  6. Guild members to understand the vision and mission of association and encourage them to participate in association’s events (including new members’ orientation);
  7. Assist members capacity-building through in-house training/sharing and sending member to other trainings and workshops;
  8. Organize and facilitate internal events of association;
  9. Other duties will be assigned by Manager/Executive Director

Position Requirement:

  1. Bachelor degree in Professional Communication, Business administration, Law, economics or other related fields
  2. At least one-year experience in building networking, event management and communication
  3. Experience in working with private sector/Association is a plus
  4. Able to read and write English(Intermediate/Advance level)
  5. Administration skills (Making contract/office requesting letter)
  6. Able to use Ms. Offices and Internet & email
